Robert de Bruin is the director of corporate affairs at Van Oord, a leading international contractor specializing in dredging, marine engineering and offshore projects. Robert’s work focuses primarily on government relations and environmental sustainability. Robert has served in several managerial roles at Van Oord, including as the director of markets and communication. Before joining Van Oord in 2007, he was an information officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in The Hague and a lecturer at Radboud University.
