Neysa Isenia is the chief financial officer at Aqualectra, the sole provider of water and electricity in Curaçao. She spearheaded Aqualectra’s financial recovery, which included Curaçao’s largest corporate refinancing transaction, and resulted in an investment-grade credit rating by Standard & Poor’s. A respected business economist, Neysa serves on several boards and holds an M.Sc. in Accounting.
