Integrated Utility Holding N.V. (IUH) is the sole shareholder of Aqualectra N.V. and Aqualectra Multi Utility N.V. (AMU). IUH group of companies contribute to citizens’ wellbeing by producing and distributing water and electricity. More than 30% of the electricity comes from renewable sources, while water is produced through desalination. AMU provides mainly business-to-business value-added services, allowing consumers to save on their utility bills. AMU’s subsidiary, Utility Financial Services N.V., provides a state-of-the-art FinTech platform for customers to pay various bills all over the island. IUH plans to expand our footprint by providing telecommunication services, streetlight infrastructure maintenance and by acquiring sewage water plants. As a 100% state-owned enterprise, IUH group is playing an important role in Curacao’s efforts to become a digitally advanced and green economy.
